Our Story

We are Sally & Ruth, (Pic and Sis if you will) sisters from Watford who have always dreamt of starting a business together. Ruth has worked in waste management for over 20 years (before it was even trendy!) so has been using a menstrual cup forever. On one of our many lockdown walks we started chatting about the benefits of these little cups & why they aren't more popular & had a brainwave - why not combine our career experience in recycling & marketing to create a fun new colourful and straight-talking brand that might attract more women & girls to make the switch from pads & tampons. 

… so here we are, after a year of juggling normal life with photoshoots & business meetings, we are proud to launch our new company, pic&sis, that aims to make our picmecup menstrual cup mainstream!
